Account Deletion& Data Requests

At Hala Ludo, operated by Way To Life LLC, we respect your privacy and give you control over your personal information. Below you’ll find instructions for deleting your account and for requesting access to, or deletion of, your data.

1. Account Deletion

If you would like to permanently delete your Hala Ludo account:
    •    Send an email to halaludogame@gmail.com with the subject line: “Account Deletion Request.”
    •    Please include the email address associated with your game account so we can verify ownership.
    •    Once your request is verified, we will delete your account and all associated personal data within 30 days.
    •    Please note: once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored. Game progress, in-game purchases, and related data will be lost permanently.

2. Data Requests

If you would like to request a copy of your personal data, ask for corrections, or request deletion of certain information:
    •    Send an email to halaludogame@gmail.com with the subject line: “Data Request.”
    •    Specify whether you are requesting:
    •    A copy of your data,
    •    A correction to your data, or
    •    Deletion of specific data.
    •    We will respond to all valid requests within 30 days and provide the requested information in a secure format.
